- Oregon kids are drawing ducks to enter in a national contest. With the slogan "Conservation through the arts," the federal Junior Duck Stamp Program takes entries from all over the country. The winning duck stamp is sold as a collector's item for $5, with the money going back into conservation education.

We meet some of the folks behind the movement, including Tyler Fouts, who was persuaded to move his foundry, Blue Mountain Fine Art, from Walla Walla, Wash., to Baker City. There are still plenty of empty storefronts available that could appeal to artists.
