Estuary Seine Salmon Study
Scientists are trying to determine why coho salmon populations are on the decline in Oregon's coastal rivers. Using a seine net which collects everything from the surface of the water down to the bottom, they collect and measure the local fish of the Siletz, Yaquina and Alsea rivers.
