Hopefully it wasn't apparent, but much of what was heard on Think Out Loud over the last couple of days was produced without many of the office supplies we usually consider necessary for putting together a radio show. Since most of our desk phones weren't hooked up, we spent a lot of time on cell phones (all the while trying to ignore last week's segment about how they might be giving us cancer), and instead of desks, some of us had to work in front of a beam with a few electrical outlets.
We were without our desks, phones, computers and more because we're moving back from a temporary workspace to our current location in the main OPB building. We've been working in that temporary workspace, interchangeably called OPB North, the Rodda Building, Suite B, and Sweet Bee, because of major renovations in our usual location in the main OPB building. Even before our desks arrived we were excited about our new space. It's nice to be home.
