Seven high school students from the small town of Monument, Oregon are half a world away on a school trip to China. Earlier this week, they climbed the Great Wall. They've also visited Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City as well as the Ming Dynasty Tombs. They just left Beijing soon Xian, where they'll get to see the sights and attend a noodle-making demonstration. Shanghai will be their last stop before they return to the U.S. on Tuesday.

This is a follow-up to our Our Town show on Monument where we met these students for the first time. Check out the beautiful photos from Monument here.

Because of the time difference, we're not able to talk to the kids in China during our live show. This segment was pre-taped on Thursday afternoon.
