Kyron Horman went missing in 2010 when he was seven years old. The case has never been solved. His stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, was the last person to see him on the day he disappeared. The missing boy's mother, Desiree Young, says she believes Terri Horman had something to do with her son's disappearance. Young filed a $10 million civil suit against Horman in August.
This week, DeDe Spicher was deposed as part of that lawsuit. Spicher has said in the past that she's a friend of Terri Horman's, but Spicher refused to answer many questions about Horman or their friendship in her recent deposition. "On the advice of my counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based on my fifth amendment rights," Spicher said repeatedly.
