Paul Ryan addresses the crowd

Wednesday night's big event at the Republican National Convention was vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan's keynote speech. Among the Oregon delegation that we spoke to, the speech was almost universally the highlight of the night. But — like most political speeches — some of his claims are under dispute. Most prominently, his claim that President Obama was responsible for a factory that shut down in Ryan's home state of Wisconsin. In fact, that factory shut down in 2008, when George W. Bush was still president.

We'll look at the "truthiness" of some of the other headline speeches at the convention.
