The justices of the U.S. Supreme Court begin the 2011-2012 term on October 3rd. Many of the cases are interesting enough that we could devote a segment to each of them individually — and we may do that down the road. But we thought we'd start by getting a preview of some of the cases that caught our eye for one reason or another. From the FCC indecency case to the likely challenge to the Affordable Care Act, the court is likely to take on issues that will affect people here in the Northwest.

We'll also get a preview of a case challenging warrantless GPS tracking, an Idaho challenge to EPA enforcement procedures, a case involving religious exemptions to anti-discrimination laws, and more.

What U.S. Supreme Court cases interest you most?
