Kyron Horman's mother is suing his stepmother in civil court over her son's 2010 disappearance.

Kyron Horman went missing in 2010 when he was seven years old. His disappearance is still an unsolved case. His stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, took him to the Skyline School science fair on the day he vanished, and she was the last person to see him June 4th. Terri Horman quickly became the focus of the investigation, though she was never named as a suspect. Kyron's father, Kaine Horman, got a restraining order against Terri Horman and filed for divorce about three weeks after Kyron disappeared.

The divorce case was delayed for two years after Terri Horman's lawyers argued that the criminal investigation should be allowed to play out first. Her lawyers sought to put off the civil case for similar reasons, but a judge ruled that it should go forward without delay.

Have you been following the Kyron Horman case? What questions do you have about this civil case and how it might play into the criminal investigation?
