What's Next for Health Care?
The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act with a ruling released on Thursday. The court ruled very specifically on several points, including the constitutionality of the individual mandate — a provision that requires almost all Americans to purchase health insurance by 2014 or pay a penalty.
