The U.S. Supreme Court has thrown out the decade-long class action lawsuit against mega-retailer Wal-Mart. That disappointed at least one and a half million women who would have been part of the class. Lawyers for the plaintiffs are figuring out their next move. The ruling was hailed by some and reviled by others. Several big employers, including Intel, submitted briefs in support of Wal-Mart. It's believed that this ruling will make it harder for people to sue any large employer for discrimination.

Have you worked for Wal-Mart or another large employer? Have you noticed gender discrimination in your workplace? What did you do about it? What questions do you have about this ruling?
