I think the quarter life crisis has a lot to do with dissatisfaction intrapersonal relationships.  I am 24 and married, which has helped establish priorities in my life.  Many of my friends have been getting the "itch" to leave Portland or do something dramatic to find meaning in their lives.  However, I have noticed that this itch seems strongest for those who struggle to find healthy friendships and deep relationships.  I fear that people may try dramatic change in lifestyles to seek fulfillment, rather than focusing on developing healthy friendships/relationships.   

Perhaps your guests could speak to this being a potential factor in a quarter life crisis.
