Seems like a simple answer.  How about creating a business friendly place with low taxes and governmental interference so we attract some more employers and they hire more employees.  Besides that if our current politicians push through the new I-5 bridge with $7.50 tolls in both directions on I-205 too "so no one runs around the tolls" as Steve Stuart (county commissioner) has said he wants, we will need some new jobs over here for those workers.
