I happened to download a set of articles about Ricardo Serrano from http://www.pdfok.com search engine. I was shocked and indignant of this case. What a waste of tax payers money. If this person was found quilty of his crime, then he should be put to death. There should be no chance for any kind of appeals. Our goverment should not allow that to happen. This person killed 3 people in cold blood, and that is the fact, so why would the court or any judge allow for any appeals??? Our count system is really bad, especially when it costs us, the tax payers, million dollars, that can be used for something more important, than appeals.
