The point that I cannot get past is the fact that the first action of illegal immigrants is breaking the law.  There is an immigration law, they are aware of that, and are willingly doing something illegal.  Why assume that they would respect all other laws?  It has been stated that they come to get money, when they come illegally, how is that not stealing?
