This is strange. I am a college student at La Grande's very own Eastern Oregon University, and I have stumbled upon a flier of the same kind. However, there was only one other person on the campus that actually reported having found the flier.

At the top in bold brint is the word "MISSING" and a picture of a white toddler sits below followed by the words "A Future for White Children," and then a paragraph and more on the back.
