Question for Mister Dudley, Forbes released a report last week rating the best states for business. Oregon came in at #6 up from 10 last year. This report was released after the two initiatives raising corporate taxes. Please comment on your reaction to this report and how it affects your campaign position of Oregon being a non business friendly environment. My feeling is that Oregon is improving it's business friendly climate while our neighbor to the north Washington has dropped to number 5 from number 2 last year. Idaho and Arizona are also down from last years rankings while California has moved up to 38 from 39. Looking at other states we compete with for business investment we are the only one moving in the right direction and placed highly in the rankings. Thank you for your consideration.
