So much of our manufacturing has gone overseas to third world countries because of lower labor costs.  Would it not be a good idea to create a joint system with another country for them to house our prisoners.  It would be a great specialty for a country with few natural resources and an increased incentive for offenders to correct their behavior.

How does an ordinary person receive stimulus money?  Is there an office in Oregon to apply?  There must be many small projects that would give people work.

I have a small apartment house that needs rehabilitation.  It would give several people work right away.  Who do I contact?

I am wondering how the new attorney general will address the loss of the nine (?) fired attornies. New, Bush Administration, attornies took their places. Will these attornies now be fired?
