This is a very timely topic for my neighborhood where we are experiencing an uptick in property crimes - graffiti, car break-ins, vandalism. I would like to ask Mr. Bensen how we, as a neighborhood, can respond to teenagers that are beginning to dress in gang colors. There are a couple of specific kids that we're worried about, that are out of control, with no parental supervision. If parents don't care, how can we help stop this kind of gang behaviour.
