University or other organiations have have a special recruiting drive in order to add people of color/ minority, to be called diversed to have a veil over the white dominance... Is it not an example of disparity....its an over represenation of white over brown/black...

The oppression is reflected even in the classroom setup, in Universities, colleges schools..
