I am very concerned about our loss of civil liberties already, and I am certain we would lose more with this task force. We know the state law gives us stronger rights than the federal law (as interpreted by the new right wing courts).  The FBI is known to use the patriot act provisions to torture citizens and call them "terrorists" so they can hold them indefinitely without charging them or giving them lawyers, to spy on us without a judges order, and who knows what else.  On one hand the local force inclusion might keep fewer honest citizens from being erroneously targeted, but the label of "terrorism" is continually being broadened.  Remember that Peace activists are considered "dangerous" by the FBI.  I vote no.
