yawn.
Hedrick is a fraud, an ignorant bully, and a threat to our future. Based on what I know about him, it simply seemed quite plausible. But you, know, as he says, the science isn't in. So don't go jumping to conclusions, guys, geez.

I hear, you, dc, but the fact that they WANT to represent the area doesn't mean that they do. Now, yes-- I'll be one of the first to make fun my hayseed neighbors. But there are a lot of us on the north side of that river who are trying. Oregon's got plenty of its own wackos, too -- they're everywhere. I want to gove a lot of credit to ToL for trying to pin these people down. They're still slippery, but Dave did a much better job than anything I've seen yet continuing to press them until they either couldn't answer the question or, when answering it, helped shine the light on their own inadequacies.

Who can help clear up the business on Hedrick's felon father? This is news to me and I'm dying to know.

Washington, we are so screwed if we elect any of these Rs.
However, I gotta say, the smug nonsense coming from Portland w/ regard to "us hillbillies" doesn't help a thing. Come on, Portland. You claim you're so smart and liberal -- don't be so damn judgy.
As for Tea Party, constitution stuff. Hedrick is the one the teabaggers are claiming. And for anyone who's taken even a basic American history class, it's clear he hasn't got a clue what he's talking about when he references the Constitution.
Vote for the candidate that believes in science and understands the context of history. Vote for Heck because we're doomed if we don't.
